Challenge
Staff at residences needed handover, daily routines, and orders in one place — without chasing threads across channels, paper, and private chats — while meeting strict security and traceability requirements.
Solution
We built Vingen in Flutter with feature-based architecture (UI, application, data), Firebase on the backend, and Cloud Functions for server logic. Firestore rules and App Check protect data; FCM, Analytics, Crashlytics, and Remote Config support operations and rollout.
Design
Clear per-residence workspaces, large tap targets, and low cognitive load. The UI prioritizes night shifts and stressed handovers over decoration.
